At just 26 years old, Gabriel Mjahed founded RG – La Chocolaterie in Dudelange, with the ambition of offering high-end artisanal, 100% Luxembourgish chocolate. It was during his professional qualification in pastry making that his passion for chocolate was born, which he chose to follow with determination. Trained alongside master chocolatiers like Henri Le Roux and Nicolas Cloiseau, he went on an introductory trip to Mexico to refine his palate, meet producers and select the best beans himself. He favours transparent channels, being in direct contact with committed producers—from Mexico to Madagascar, passing through Guadeloupe. His creations are entirely handmade, in an artisanal spirit. His approach combines high standards, elegance, local roots and an eye for details.

For the Luxembourg Collection, RG – La Chocolaterie presents two original creations that pay homage to the country’s heritage. The first represents the Gëlle Fra monument, a powerful symbol of the Grand Duchy’s history and identity. Carefully reproduced in relief on the chocolate bar, its silhouette is enhanced with fine gold leaf which calls to mind the original statue. With a crispy hazelnut praline centre inside, these bars are available in dark or milk chocolate versions. The second creation, Skyline, is 30 cm long and illustrates the contours of the country through its emblematic buildings—from the Grand Ducal Palace to the high-rises of the business district. It combines crispy chocolate and gourmet chips in two versions: dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Between refinement and indulgence, these creations mark the entry of chocolate into the Luxembourg Collection with elegance and character.
