“Variety awakens curiosity and opens our senses to new experiences and perspectives.” It’s in the context of his own definition of diversity that fruit grower Jean-Paul Friederes rethought his activity in traditional agriculture with breeding and dairy production. Driven by his ambitions, he created his young company, Eppelpress. Eager for new challenges and overflowing with original ideas, Jean-Paul has the opportunity to form collaborations with other producers in the region, the land which provides him with the main ingredient for apple juice production. The collaborative spirit is thus connected to a personal commitment to bring the concept “Äre Viz vun Ären Äppel” (“Your juice from your apples”) to life.
RED CURRANT SYRUP
Eppelpress products are made according to traditional recipes, without artificial additives and exclusively using fruit from the region. The quantity of fruit available therefore determines the final quantity of production. “Rout-Kréischel-Sirop“ is a local red currant syrup. It was created as part of a joint pilot project: the replanting of red currants in the region.
